Replying to audience comment

As podcasts are often scattered across multiple streaming or listening platforms, it is often difficult for podcasters to gather audience feedback. Through Firstory's cross-platform comment function, listeners are able to send in their comments from the various streaming platforms into Firstory. Creators can easily read, respond, and interact with listeners through our double-layered message function.


Methods to reply to comments

  1. From Firstory Studio Dashboard, select "Audience Feedback" > "Audience Feedback" and select which one you wish to reply to. Select "View Comments" to reply to the thread.

  2. From Firstory Studio, select the specific episode of your choice from the Episodes page. Go to "comments" and directly reply to the thread.


Deleting Comments

If you encounter spam bots, illegal content, or inappropriate messages, you have full moderation rights. Simply locate the message in "Audience Feedback" and Delete it.


⚠️ Important Note

Apple Podcasts reviews are one-way. While you can view ratings and reviews from Apple in your dashboard, you cannot reply directly to them. We recommend reading and responding to these reviews verbally during your recording.
