Whether you’re a new creator or looking to unlock professional features, managing your Firstory subscription is simple and transparent.
1. How to Subscribe or Upgrade
New Users: Select your plan during registration. Use the toggle at the top to choose between Monthly or Annual billing (Annual plans offer better value!). Sign up via Email, Facebook, or Apple ID.
Existing Users: Log in to your dashboard, click your avatar in the top right, and go to "My Account." Click "Upgrade" in the plan section.
2. Payment and Billing Information
Payment Methods: We support major credit cards, Apple Pay, and Google Pay.
Promo Codes: If you have a code, click "Add promotion code" on the left side of the payment page.
Currency: Plans are priced in USD. Your bank will convert this to your local currency based on the daily exchange rate.

3. Managing and Switching Plans
Edit Subscription: Go to "My Account > Manage Plan" to view details or update your card.
Prorated Credits: If you switch plans (e.g., from annual to monthly), the system calculates the remaining value of your current plan and adds it as "Account Credit."
Billing Order: Credits are used first for future payments. Your credit card will only be charged once the account credit is fully exhausted.
FAQ
Why did my payment fail? We use Stripe, a global payment processor. If your card is declined, please ensure "international/online transactions" are enabled or contact your bank.
