As a creator, adjusting subscription prices is a common need as your content value grows or your business strategy evolves. To provide more flexibility, we have introduced the "Change Subscription Plan Price" feature.
The core advantage of this feature is that it allows you to set new prices for "New" members while ensuring the subscription price and benefits for "Existing" members remain unchanged.
With our intuitive new interface, you can easily track the history of plan prices and precisely manage the rights of members from different stages.
Setup Process
Please follow these steps in the dashboard:
Go to Plan Management: After logging in, click "Member Management > Plan Management" on the left menu to see all your subscription plans.
Edit Target Plan: Find the plan you wish to adjust and click the "Edit" button on the right.
Add New Price: In the price setting section, click "Add New Price". Enter the new amount and select the billing cycle (Monthly or Yearly). Save the settings for the new price to take effect.
Important Notes
Before adjusting prices, please note the following rules to ensure correct display on the front-end:
Front-end Display Limit: To keep the interface clean, a single subscription plan can only display one Annual and one Monthly price publicly at a time.
Hidden Prices: If you set multiple prices (e.g., special event discounts), prices exceeding the display limit will be automatically "Hidden."
Exclusive Subscription Link: To allow members to subscribe to a "Hidden Price," you must provide a unique link for that specific price.
Protecting Existing Member Rights: The system automatically retains the original price for existing members. Unless they cancel and resubscribe at the new price, their recurring billing will not be affected.
Management Tips
Price History: Use the "Stop Accepting New Subscriptions" feature to track which price points are no longer public. This is great for reminding long-time supporters of the "Early Bird" value they enjoy.
Pre-adjustment Communication: We recommend announcing the price change via newsletters or social media before it goes live. Offering a "Final Countdown" to join at the current rate is often a great catalyst for conversions.
