Spotify Guide

  1. Sign in to your Spotify dashboard.

  2. Click "Settings"

  3. Click "Manage Team"

  4. Click “Manage team members” for your show.

  5. Click "Invite"

  6. Add Firstory as a team member

    Email：[email protected]

    Title：Firstory Podcast

  7. Set the “Analytics” permission to “Reader” so Firstory can view your data.

  8. Confirm that the Firstory Podcast account has been added. Once Firstory has synced your completion rate data in the dashboard, we’ll notify you (expected in H1 2026).

Apple Guide

  1. Sign in to your Apple dashboard.

  2. Click "Account"

  3. Click "People"

  4. Click the "+" button

  5. Select your show, then click “Invite.”

  6. Add Firstory as an Analyst

    First name：Podcast

    Last name：Firstory

    Email：[email protected]

    Permission：Analyst

  7. Confirm that the Firstory Podcast account has been added.

Once Firstory has synced your completion rate data in the dashboard, we’ll notify you (expected to launch in H1 2026).
