Once you subscribe to a show, you gain immediate access to exclusive member benefits. Due to the nature of digital content, refunds are not provided once a subscription payment is completed.
If you do not wish to renew your subscription, please follow the steps below to cancel. After cancellation, auto-renewal will stop at the end of your current billing cycle, and your member access will expire at that time.
1. How to Cancel Your Subscription
You can disable "Auto-Renewal" at any time during your subscription. You will retain access to member-only content until the current billing period ends.
Go to the Manage Subscriptions page.
Log in and click on the "Subscriptions" tab.
Select the show you wish to cancel.
Click "Cancel Subscription."
The system will stop billing you starting from the next cycle, and your access will end once the current period expires.
