If you received a "Payment Failed" notification, please follow this guide to update your credit card and keep your subscription active.
1. Adding or Changing a Card
Step 1: Click your avatar in the top right and select "Membership."
Step 2: Under "Payment Methods," click "Add" to enter your new card details.
Step 3: Go to the "Subscriptions" section, select the show, and click "Edit" next to the payment method. Assign the new card to this subscription for future billing.
2. Restoring a Failed Subscription
If your subscription was deactivated due to an expired card or insufficient funds:
In "Membership," select your plan, click the "..." icon, and choose "Resubscribe."
Verify your card details and click "Confirm." The system will process the payment immediately and restore your access.
⚠️ Important: If the payment has been failing for more than 30 days, you cannot use this shortcut. You will need to navigate back to the show's page and subscribe as a new user.
3. Deleting a Card
Click "Delete" next to the card in your "Payment Methods."
Constraint: A card cannot be deleted if it is currently linked to an active subscription.
