Setting Up Exclusive Episodes
Create Plans: Refer to the "Enable Listener Support" guide to set up your tiers.
Set Permissions: When uploading/editing an episode, go to "Advanced Settings" > "Listening Permissions." Select which plans can access this episode (multiple selections allowed).
Selecting "Public" makes it available to everyone.
Unique Cover Art: You can upload specific cover art for exclusive episodes to make them stand out.
Community Features (Posts)
Engage members with text and images, not just audio.
Post: Go to "Listener Support" > "Community" and click "Add."
Permissions: Enter title/content and select which tiers can view it.
Newsletter: You can convert these posts into newsletters (refer to "Sending Member-Exclusive Newsletters").
Viewing: Listeners view posts via the "Community" tab on the Firstory Player. Locked content requires login.

Lag Time: Permission changes aren't instant; platforms need time to update.
Minimum Requirement: Your show MUST have at least one public episode to remain listed.
Spotify: If Spotify isn't appearing as an option, check if your Spotify URL is correctly saved in the "Platforms" settings.
