If you've joined a membership but are still locked out on the Spotify App, it's usually due to one of these reasons:
First Scenario: Not Linked Yet
After joining, you must manually "Link Spotify" once to authorize access. Go to "Member Management" on the show's homepage to set this up.
Second Scenario: Account Mismatch (Most Common)
The Spotify account logged into your web browser (Safari/Chrome) is different from the account logged into your Spotify App.
🔍 How to Fix:
Compare Usernames:
Web: Check your "Username" on the Spotify Account Page.
App: Tap your avatar > "Settings and privacy" > "Account" > Check "Username".
If they don't match, Re-link:
Unlink: Go to Spotify Apps with Access, find Firstory, and click "Remove Access."
Disconnect: In Firstory's Member Management, click "Disconnect."
Re-link: Ensure your browser is logged into the same account as your App, then connect Spotify again.
