How to Pin Comments
Go to Studio: Log in to Firstory Studio and select "Audience Feedback" from the left menu.
Select a Comment: Find the feedback you want to feature and click the "Pin" (thumbtack) icon next to it.
Done: The pinned comment will now appear at the very top of your podcast's homepage.
